July 17, 2008 |
FREE TEAM MEMBER ENGAGEMENT WORKSHOP
MISSISSAUGA (July 17, 2008) – Dale Carnegie Training®, the global business training company with nearly 100 years of operation, is proud to partner with Canada’s Dale Carnegie Business Group, to present “Team Member Engagement."
Co-facilitated by Dale Carnegie Business Group’s senior coaches: Dave Mather, Corporate Specialist and Troy Treleaven, Managing Partner; attendees will learn the principles of Team Member Engagement.
“Team engagement is extremely important in today’s workplace,” states Kevin D. Crone, CEO of Dale Carnegie Business Group, Canada. “Effective engagement improves the performance of an organization and reduces the opportunity for missed deadlines and lost business. Even in our personal lives, engagement is the key to completing necessary tasks in order to have time to enjoy those moments that make life special.”
Dave Mather is a 35-year veteran Business Coach who designs and conducts customized Performance Improvement Systems for organizations across Canada. Recently, he helped design and conduct a series of business alignment meetings to assist in mergers and acquisitions. The series aligns employees to a common vision in weeks rather than months or years. The end result is a success rate for clients of three to five times that of the national average.
Troy Treleaven is a Managing Partner and certified as a Dale Carnegie Business Coach, as well as a Structural Consultant. For over 15 years, Troy has worked with hundreds of companies throughout Canada to expand their business capacity and become more profitable, including: Research in Motion, Economical Insurance, AIC Group of Companies, Toyota, Loblaws, and many other small and mid-sized businesses.
On July 17th, Dale Carnegie Business Group delivers the Team Member Engagement workshop based on Carnegie’s principles at the Delta Meadowvale Hotel, Mississauga. The 2-hour workshop, begins at 3pm, is free of charge but space is limited; attendees should RSVP info@dalecarnegie.ca to ensure a spot.
